Current shipping locations
Due to recent changes to European Union packaging and shipping regulations (PPWR), I am currently limited in the countries I am able to ship to.
At this time, I am only able to offer shipping to:
- The Netherlands
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- Switzerland
I am working to understand and adapt to these new requirements so that I can expand my shipping destinations again in the future.
If you are located outside of these countries and would like to place an order, please contact me directly at info@number-eightytwo.com. I will be happy to look into the possibilities and see what can be arranged.

Local pick up
If you’re based in the Netherlands, you’re welcome to collect your order in person.
As many of my pieces are delicate and handmade, collecting your order personally is a lovely way to avoid the risks of shipping. Collection is free of charge and can be arranged directly with me.
If you would like to collect your order, please email info@number-eightytwo.com and we’ll arrange a suitable time for collection.
Delivery & Tracking
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, international deliveries—particularly those outside the European Union—may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or other circumstances beyond my control.
Please take care when entering your delivery address during checkout, as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
This ensures you're charged the most appropriate shipping rate for the items in your order.
I always look for the safest and most cost effective way to ship your order. Shipping ceramics can unfortunately be expensive, but I never make a profit on shipping and always do my best to keep the cost as low as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Larger pieces
For some larger pieces, shipping needs to be planned privately rather than calculated automatically at checkout. You will therefore find an Enquire to purchase button on the product page of any larger pieces.
If you would like to purchase a larger piece, please complete the enquiry form on the product page. I can then look into the available shipping options, find the safest and most cost effective solution, and provide you with a quotation for the shipping cost before your order is placed.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees when they arrive in your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. As these costs vary between countries, I'm unable to estimate or collect them in advance.
Packaging
Sustainability is important to me. Wherever possible, orders are packed using recyclable and plastic-free packaging while ensuring your ceramics are well protected during their journey.
Because every piece is handmade and unique, I use protective packaging appropriate to each piece to ensure it arrives safely.
